Inside our QA: why every system gets tested, not just a sample

A single loose cable, an unseated memory stick, a pump that isn’t spinning — any of them can turn a new PC into a return and a one-star review. That’s why we don’t sample. Every system goes through diagnostics before it’s boxed.

Why stages, not one final check

The earlier a problem is found, the cheaper it is to fix. Testing in stages means a fault is caught near where it happened, not after the side panel is on and the box is taped.

What gets checked

  1. Does everything show up? Power on and confirm every component is detected and running.
  2. Does it perform? Put the system under load and make sure it behaves as specced.
  3. Does it stay cool? Fans, pumps and loops working, temperatures where they should be.
  4. Does it look right? Cabling, lighting and finish checked against your build standard.

When something fails

A failed test is the process working. The unit is diagnosed, corrected and tested again before it moves on — and if the same issue appears twice, we look at the step that caused it.

Your tests, too

If you have your own acceptance tests or benchmarks, we can add them to the sequence for your builds.
